STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant)

Beginning at $17.50 for part time and full time; pay increased based on experience

We are hiring excellent STNA's, who are passionate about caring for seniors!

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Make rounds on residents every 2 hours.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene (bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and undressing, nail care, hair care, shaving, skin care, positioning
• Bed-making
• Feeding residents that need assistance
• Reporting intake & output
• Assisting residents with bowel/bladder functions as needed
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy
• Carry out assigned duties as given by Charge Nurse.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advisable to have a high school education or its equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and actively participate in In-Service Education.
• Dedicated to using a holistic approach (includes physical, emotional, social, and spiritual components) to caring for and interacting with residents.
• Must be state tested.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Long term care or related medical experience preferred but not required.
